I actually don't think BYU is going to slide into a P5 game.
But, if that is actually a possibility, like many seem to be suggesting, then I think Holmoe should keep it open to finding a P5 game that weekend and just eating the cost of paying off N.A. and subbing into the P5 game.
I think the best we can hope for is getting a game with Liberty and rescheduling the Army game. That seems more realistic than the sub into a P5 game, IMO. That would give us 12 games which nobody could convince me doesn't hold some sort of psychological advantage to some 6-1 Pac 12 team.
