Yes. My daughter had a 4.0 and 32 at the time she did her application and received a half scholarship. FWIW she later
got a 33 which would have made it a full, but BYU wouldn't update her score; she had to basically resubmitted her whole app and lose her "early applicant" status and she was more concerned about getting in than getting an extra $2k/year so she left it as was.
