of drinkers. I understand that people like to drink, have the right to do it, and that the majority do it very responsibly. But it's a product that necessitates control of its availability because it's presence does have a resonating impact on all of society (illustrated by these frat boys). Just like guns, drugs, pesticides, etc. If they're available, their impact is not in a vacuum, and requires control. Personally, I like Utah's conservative approach to liquor and hope it stays that way.
