Ladson could get there, but he isn't there yet. Waddle wasn't there yet last year, but Smith was arguably the best receiver in a unit with two top-15 picks. Jeudy had more catches, but Smith had more yards and TDs. Ruggs and Waddle were 3rd and 4th in some order.

I wouldn't be harping on this if Ross were healthy. He is a monster. But Clemson's other WRs just aren't at that super-elite level in terms of skill as well as physical talent yet.
