2004: 27-28

4th & 1 at BSU 20 (0:23 - 4th) 38 yard field goal by Matt Payne (BYU) is no good. Boise ends up ranked 12th. This one still hurts

2012: 6-7

18th ranked Boise takes on BYU’s most talented defense ever(best goal line stand ever in this game) Taysom Hill is not ready for prime time though and ends the game with a 37 pass efficiency rating. He misses a pass which would win the game with a 2 point conversion in the 4th quarter.

2014: they kill us.
Only game that wasn’t close. The season started awesome with 4 straight wins but the aggies break Taysom’s ankle and Christian Stewart takes a few games to get going. Boise ends the season ranked 16.

2016: 27-28.

Once again 14 th ranked Boise cuts our heart out. Taysom is a world class athlete, but a mediocre qb. Qb ranking less than 80 in this game. Jamal Williams is out with an ankle injury.

2018: 21-16.

Zach is an awesome freshmen, but makes a bad decision to end the game and can’t get us the TD to win the game. 23rd ranked BYU goes down again on the blue turf. Zach returns to the blue turf in December to give us a demonstration of what is in store for 2020 and has a perfect bowl game.

The blue turf burden ends this year. I request positive thoughts only, for this upcoming game, going forward from this time.
