Let’s not forget a lot of BYU fans turned on Francis Bernard.
Fan is short for fanatic. There are bad apples in all fan bases. Usually it is the vocal minority. Utah is no different. If BYU fans spent less time complaining about Utah fans it would probably ease up a little too. They know they get under people’s skin and they thrive off that.

He already has one brother on the team. Freshman LB, I believe. And his other brother is a HS senior and committed IIRC.
