Definitely no phone. Might even help to have no screens for a couple hours
before bedtime. Screens hurt sleep. Watch her like a hawk to prevent daytime naps. Consistent bedtime. You've set fair limits, stay strong. Don't let short term compassion weaken long term wisdom.

When my little kids are having trouble I take them downstairs, sit together on the couch in low light, and I read a book to myself while they just sit or lay there. No screens. No talking. Eventually they get bored and ready to go back to bed. I get to sleep faster and better than if they were on my floor. Which would feel too much like camping, which I love, except for the sleeping part, during which actual sleep is rarely achieved.

For my teen son it was an anxiety issue. Ultimately required medication to reset his sleep behavior. But most kids it's just a cycle they go through a couple times growing up.
