I've been a longtime Les Schwab customer. One time I bought Costco tires, but no more. Pricing is ok, but the service
is lacking at Costco. Any time I had an issue it was a big ordeal getting any kind of help and having to wait long periods of time. Any time I have an issue with Les Schwab - I drive up and they immediately take care of it. To me the service is worth it.
