But most of our corners recruited under Kalani have been 6'0 or over too. Jacques & Harper I think are the only exceptions to be given schollies. And that Harper kid is proving to be a real prodigy of a FB player (but his backup Ellis — who finds himself in the rotation largely because of injuries, I think — even he's proving to be a hades of a player when given the spotlight.). Whatever the lack of our current DBs, in terms of basic D1 competence I think it's pretty obvious in the limited time they've had, Kalani & staff have built up a level of depth that their predecessors failed to ever do before. Failed either as a consequence of recruiting the wrong kids for BYU, or by limiting their recruiting base beyond reason.
