They had an issue with some cougar club emails for the Troy game.
I had to call in and give them my Cougar Club number and purchase tickets over the phone for the Troy game. We never got an email saying to go in and buy tickets, even on the assigned day.
When I talked to the ticket office this week they told me that on Monday (10/26) tickets will go on sale for the WKU game starting with highest CC level first combined with priority points.
My suggestion is as soon as your level of CC is available for purchasing to call into the ticket office.
