I woke up in the middle of the night, sleeping in the basement. It was pitch black which was scary, but I found my way to the stairs and went up to the main floor. My dad was there organizing stacks of newspapers. He had a route to deliver bundles for delivery boys. This was in Seattle. He decided to take me with him on his route.

My other oldest memory was from about the same time. There was a park near where we lived called Dolfield Park. I've tried to find it on a map but maybe it was renamed or something. Anyway in this park was an area the kids called the "pee patch". So I decided to add my contribution to the park and I let it flow. 🙂
