Seriously though.... I can make much better steaks than Outback or Texas Roadhouse for half the cost. This also applies to other steak restaurants like Ruth's Chris.
And honestly it's not hard to make a darn good steak. You pay for a quality cut and you pay attention to it while it cooks. It helps to have a thermometer. If you want medium rare take it off the grill at 125-127. If you want medium take it off anywhere from 135 to 140. If you want anything past medium don't eat a steak.
