Unless its a close game, they will likely get a bump from a few voters imo.
I think that some have them in their polls, but slightly lower since they haven't seen them play. Also, a few people put them ahead of BYU, and BYU loses a few points while Wisconsin gains some. Do those 11 voters have OSU ranked? If not, thats 11 voters that will drop BYU at least one spot because of OSU playing, and its 2 spots if any of them put Wisconsin ahead of BYU.
