Most of those states have an exception for areas where privacy is reasonably
Assumed, like bedrooms and bathrooms. However the public figure aspect is probably the main shield. For a public figure to sue, they have to prove that there was some sort of ill intent. Comedy probably doesn't fit the bill of ill intent.
