I stopped listening to Rod Gilmore last year, after he went into depth trying to explain that the ball carrier must fit the ball INSIDE the pylon for it to count as a TD. I don't recall the play, but a BYU player dove to the EZ and held out the ball to break right through the pylon to score a TD. Gilmore was adamant that it was not a score.

Such a basic rule.
