1. It should be the team getting whooped to raise the white flag first
Otherwise you send your opponents the message we are going to keep trying to beat you..what is your opponent suppose to do let you?
Imagine if tx st had come back and beat byu.it would be all over 5he news and byu would be embarrassed.
To keep that very thing from happening it should be the whooped teams job to sub in 2nd stringers and 3rd stringers first.(,
