mkt is relatively speaking is easy to come by. Fed monetary policy, buying trillions in bonds to prop mkt, overall debt, consumer debt, many factors re why bubbles happen & why they aren’t sustainable long term. Buying low and selling high is more doable for the avg dude w real estate than any other form of investing imo. Discipline and timing everything. And not listening to real estate sales people or mortgage brokers. Commercial real estate in a nice pullback currently,but not residential. Just imo, & personal experience.
