Obviously at the very end of the game, if you can kneel it out, you definitely should. However, if you have 2nd and 3rd stringers in the game in the 4th quarter, the playbook should be wide open. Especially if the opposing team still has most of their starters in the game. If your 1s can’t stop the other team’s 2s and 3s, you deserve to have the score run up on you.
