You also left off Sriracha, which is a serious oversight.
When I make hot wings, Frank's is the only choice for the sauce base. In several soups or sauces, Tabasco is what I choose (pro-tip: when making beef gravy, add 2 drops of Tabasco to enhance the flavor). On breakfast foods like eggs and hashbrowns, I go with Cholula. For anything Asian, I use Sriracha.
