I’m not sure what is double priced.
You literally purchase airfare or rental cars at the best rate you can with your credit card and it reimburses you dollar for dollar.
It’s waaaay better than standard flight miles where they charge you a flat 75,000 miles or 100,000 miles or 25,000 miles per flight
