False. RSL won their first game at RES. They won it 1-0 on a free kick from Clint Mathis to Brian Dunseth.
It was the team's first win in the third game after tying the New York MetroStars (now NY Red Bulls) during a windstorm in the old Meadowlands Stadium in the first game and then losing the second game at the LA Galaxy 3-1.
