Not necessarily true. Some non P5 programs are better than the lower half of P5
conferences. We don't have to play a full P5 schedule. Half P5, mixing good and mediocre P5 teams, and half non P5, mixing good and mediocre teams, is about the best independent scheduling we could do right now.
