It's a mix. In places like Utah that are mostly open, the unemployment rate is
quite low and the economy is humming. In CA and places with similar restrictions, it's being propped up by government spending. So it isn't as good an example as the 2009 recovery. It will become more like the 2009 recovery if more states open up.
