It’s not obvious to pay down debts. Sure, some with higher interest rates, but
if it were me I’d put money into the stock market or buy other real estate before paying down a 3% mortgage. It’s all about tax adjusted ROI. From a strictly financial viewpoint anyways. Maybe paying off a mortgage helps some sleep better at night, but for me it’s not a good use of cash.
