Those takes are good/bad entirely based on timing
I think Pope exceeded many of our's expectations for his first year.
With traditional years, it has taken a lot to even break into the Top 25, let alone, with a weak schedule.
His takes might also have been bad if they were done far into the bball season and very recently for football.
