Don't waste your money buying any of the pioneer, kenwood, alpine, etc stuff. If you want better quality for a good price, look at CDT Audio. Their low end stuff is way better than the premium of the brands you find at best buy etc.

For $170 on Amazon, they have a very nice component set. What I like about CDT is you can buy various components to mix and match and upgrade as you go. On their website, they are selling extremely high quality components for around $100 each right now. Never seen them at this price.

They aren't highly marketed, so even some of the local car stereo pros don't know about CDT, but it is legit high quality stuff.

I have no relationship with CDT, but have just been impressed. Just in case anybody is in the market!!
