Kid here. We 100% still do that and this is 100% the wrong way to go about things
1. Have him step up and ask a girl out.
2. A dad trying to get strangers on the internet to go out with him, as well intentioned as it might be, is 100% the wrong move. No girl is going to take him seriously.
3. If this method *does* end up getting a date, tell him to run away from that girl as fast as he can, cause she’s either desperate or weird, probably both.
