Not program names, but ranking when we play them. Lots of ifs in my original post...
If liberty remains undefeated (Vt, NCSt, Ranked Coastal Carolina) they would be ranked in the top 20
Army if they keep winning would be squeaking in the top 25
Boise, if they beat Air Force will be 22-23 ish
SDSU if unbeaten would be 6-0 and who knows what their ranking would be... but it’s likely they would be ranked.
In this case it has nothing to do with the name of the programs....but if we were to knock all these teams off...the timing would be perfect. BYU could boast 4 wins against ranked opponents...
...it’s a long shot and lots of things have to fall in place, but that’s exactly how 1984 happened.
Everyone else who had to lose...lost.
