As the single most important variable in independence. If BYU were in a p5 or had easy environment for players to accommodate to I’d suggest there’s a comparison. Look what happened to Utah. That’s BYUs recruiting rival. Not BSU.

Not to mention your time frame includes the worst year in BYU football since 2003.
