I've only done one recipe of 7mm before - I don't currently own a 7mm (though I would really like one), so I haven't been able to regularly experiment with it. Pretty sure we did 162 gr SST's and either IMR 4350 or IMR 4831 (can't remember exactly which).

They shot fine, though I did not do any comparisons or ammo tests - we only loaded the single recipe. There are probably some better powders out there than the IMR we used.

With .308 and 30-06 that I own, I've done a lot more range comparisons and specific load parameters with an OAL gauge, comparator, and concentricity gauge.
