Wondering why the onus is on completely on people to quit being offended,

and not at all on people to examine why the things they say may be offensive? I'm confused why the call to think about the things we say has been morphed into some progressive agenda. World would be better if people weren't offended by Ben's tweet, but also if Ben would have chosen a better metaphor.
