I know I'm one of the few that doesn't like it, but I'll take no cheese every
day of the week. I'll do cheddar if it's available - though I prefer nothing. American cheese is a bit too overpowering for my liking and I prefer to taste the beef.
If we're talking a burger with bbq sauce/fried onions/jalapenos I love blue cheese, but that's another story.
