This only has two gears but the user has no control of the clutch or the gearing - all automatic. There is also no idle speed. This would only happen if the accelerator was depressed suddenly. The instant torque is shockingly powerful and nearly instantly responsive to pressing the pedal.

This was driver error completely due to pressing down on the accelerator.
