No . Everyone wants to play. We just don't want to be catfished.
The Pac-12 terms are ridiculous. BYU should not have to risk anything monetarily based only on hope. I'd even be cool if they agreed to split the costs if there is no game. But leaving BYU holding the bag to pay thousands of dollars with no guarantee is a non-starter.
