if we end schedule someone else, then no big deal. Playing a for sure game (even if against a lesser opponent) is always better than a maybe game against a P5 opponent.

But if--as i suspect--we don't end up playing anybody, declining UW with nothing to show for it other than a press statement and the pride of not taking Pac12 table scraps is a pretty meager tradeoff.
