Just too many factors to guess accurately.
I’m not optimistic in 2 weeks unless you have lots of help.
Remember also there are certain things that have time requirements. Plumbing should hold pressure for 24 hours before covering it up. Drywall tape & texture would take a crew 3 days because the joint compounds have to dry before sanding and doing the next layer. On and on it goes and that doesn’t account for inspections.
