2 ports are for link aggregation only, you need a switch or better router
The way link aggregation on your modem works is opposite of what you are thinking. It's for combining two separate internet sources (e g. linking together coaxial internet and Fiber optic internet), allowing it to seem as one big internet pipe. Also allows for redundancy failover if one of the connections dies.

What you are trying to do is what a normal switch or router does (have multiple devices share one internet connection).
