We had a daughter at Primary Children's for about a week and a half a couple months ago. Looking into some of those parents eyes was haunting. You'd see families wearing these personalized t-shirts with their child's name on it, and you realized that these people you had never even heard of were living a nightmare. And then, you realize that there are many of these dramas playing out every day at that hospital. And there are lots of hospitals like that around the country. It was life changing to me.
