I believe that is true. But you can't schedule a game when you give your team
the week off and they are home. Game are being scheduled mid week and BYU was in no position to schedule a game after Monday. I agree with you BYU wants to schedule 12 games but looks like only under their terms. SDSU did not have the same terms and they just got a game.
