They lost to Washington in orange bowl. Oklahoma was ranked ahead of them.
Hence if Washington chose the lesser holiday bowl over the orange bowl (no Pac-12 was ever invited before) Oklahoma likely wins orange bowl and is ranked #1 over Washington even if Washington beat BYU
