But if they have bring in PIPE investor then confidence in doing that and closing / getting shareholder approvals is prob also important.

QELL might be in the mix. There are others that are specifically aiming fir EV deals. But done are sector agnostic and as you see with THCB even a weed stock can bid on an EV themed deal.
