The only four lines I think a little suspect are....
-9 Clemson
-9 Ohio State
Cincinnati pick-em
Georgia pick-em

All 4 are -2 much. -7 and +2 would have been my guess.

Clemson is in my view the least complete of the top four right now. It should be most complete, but even UNC had an easier time running against the Irish than Heisman candidate Eteine who as good as he is I believe would struggle against BYU as well. Trevor Lawrence and his receivers would be the factor in that matchup. But if BYU pressured Lawrence on 1st and third downs he would have to go to quick throws and probably not work the deep field as much.

Ohio State very clearly has problems on defense in the secondary and pass rush. I think BYU would be a much better O-line than Indiana showed the Buckeys. Last team with the ball probably wins.

Cincinnati is really good defensively and travels well. But UCF, their best game is no where near as good offensively or defensively as BYU. Neutral fueld, I think BYU wins by two TD's. Mike fresco talks about BYU facing a 3rd strung Boise QB, but Cincinnati really faced a pretty rudderless Houston program as well. The game was almost cancelled by Houston before it was played. No offense to a very good Cincinnati team, but a 24-7 win over an Army team BYU would trounce like Navy by 45 just means BYU has every bit as strong a defense and a lot better offense.

Georgia supposedly has a good defense that Florida and Alabama lit up like a Christmas tree. Its offense is quite suspect. It might score 17 vs BYU on a break-away run or completion, but I think the Cougars would run 31-45 on the puppies just like Florida and the Tide.

Also, BYU seems to have an apparent edge on Special Teams over all except I would say Clemson and aTm, and then that aspect of the game would be even or favor BYU.

One last thing, BYU (0-3) has never beaten Ohio State, though two losses were very close. BYU has never lost to Oklahoma (2-0) and Cincinnati, (2-1) vs aTm, (2-1) vs Miami (1-1) vs the Herschal Walker 1982 Bulldog team that came from behind to win on their final drive in Athens, (2-6) vs Notre Dame and those records say BYU is not out of its element. BYU is (0-1) vs Lee Corso's multiple luck bounce Hooser team in 1979, and never played Florida.

Overall lifetime record vs. those teams is 9-13, but only six losses were x > 7 points.
