Urban is smart, and he was picking his words carefully. Basically, he was saying that in a season like this, they should only have coaches who have a clue about watching tape and evaluating broad matchups picking teams.  And I think his subtext was that in a regular season, it should probably only be coaches and AD's, with a heavy weighting towards coaches.
