Female players don’t start in football because they cannot play
Physically, they cannot play.
Just like undersized men cannot play.
In over a century they have never played. Is the reason not obvious? As even you note, they have to be a safety on punts and kicks. They cannot do it any more than you or I could in a real football game with real athletes.
