Cook four pieces of bacon, set aside.

Add sliced red onions and halved Brussels sprouts, cook in bacon grease with seasoning of your choice until charred (I like Meat Church Holy Gospel).

Cut up bacon, add. Top with Parmesan.

Eating this with steak and baked potatoes tonight.
