start calling people out. Right or wrong in what you say to call out team members, you have to earn the trust and respect of teammates before calling them out is acceptable. Even then, after you have earned your spot and are incorporated as part of the team, you do it in private. A dude that just shows up as a new team member, immediately calls people out and publicizes it is a complete and total tool.
