First, anyone on here is completely entitled to their opinion and happiness/displeasure with Taysom. But I want to remind everyone of a few things.

Last week, Taysom was able to lead the Saints in his first start to a 24-9 win at home against the #29 rated Defense Falcons.
This week, Taysom is leading the Saints in his second start to a 31-3 win at Denver against the #13 rated Defense Broncos.

Has Taysom struggled passing today, yes he has! But he is also going up against a much better defense this week, at their place than he did last week at home. Plus, as was shared with me earlier, and I stand corrected, I think a lot of what we are seeing was the game plan from Payton and the staff to run the ball, mitigate the chance of mistakes for Taysom and let the NO Defense cause TO's and rattle the umpteenth string backup QB for Denver.

If NO scores no more points, Taysom will have scored 4 rushing touchdowns and helped to put up 55 points with this offense. Not too bad for a starter in his first two games.

Also, don't forget, Drew Brees will be back and Taysom is doing exactly what Payton and the staff/team are needing him to do. This is a great experience and learning for him. Taysom will probably get one or two more starts till Brees comes back. That is just a guess based on what the analysts were saying during the game.
