Anyone who watched the game could see the saints had a plan and he executed that plan. As a broncos fan we didn’t have a chance but had the saints thrown the ball more it would have been our only chance to stay in the game. They wore the D down as expected and Denver was not able to force turnovers they needed to keep it close, Hill did exactly what the saints wanted him to do, even the pick was because of a great play by the D, and proved why passing today against a team that had no passing game themselves would have been the only way to make mistakes and give Denver a chance. Tough to turn the ball over if you don’t drop back to pass much so sacks are off the table, and you don’t throw it much so a defense really can’t create big plays. Wearing them down and pounding them forced Denver to try and throw and that’s when the broncos were screwed.
