if you want to just catch the Clone Wars highlights, then watch season 7, and then move on to rebels in order to fill in the backstory before the Mandalorian (Asoka, Bo-Katan, the Dark-saber), follow the first link. I'd watch those twenty, plus any of the other Mandalorian or Maul episodes. If you want to get more of the story, you can follow the second link to watch the series in the correct order (they are WAY out of order). Each season is generally cut up into more or less self contained story lines of 3-5 episodes. Each story line is generally independent of the others. So if you are so inclined, you can skip all the Jar Jar episodes, the droid episodes (C3PO and R2), and the Padme episode arcs and not really miss anything important to the overall story (in my opinion those tend to be the slow boring episodes).
