pretty simple, put on skates, try and stand up, then in big bulky uniform and holding a stick, fall or hurdle over the

wall onto the ice and race to your position without the other team scoring. And when you do it the other direction, you have to race off the ice, stop before you hit the wall, and jump thru the little door like penguins, and shuffled down the bench and sit down. Definitely the hardest of the bunch.
